HEATING INSULATING
The heating insulating we select allows a high heat lowering and an excellent performance in heat treatments. The high density of insulating mats (128Kg/MT.3) allows to minimize the insulating coats and, consequently, to reduce the insulating time and costs. The insulating mats in Caoline fiber or ecological silicate fiber can be supplied in rolls to be cut in field or in mats covered in fabrics for high temperatures. You can select different fabrics according to the different applications.

Non conducting mattress made of Caoline ceramic wool or ecological silica fiber with high heat insulating power and with a very low heat conductivity.
 
It's possible to realize mats in ceramic fiber covered with technical cloths on purpose designed to work at medium and high temperature with caracteristics adaptable to customer request. (Aluminium Cloths, SILTEX, TELINOX, etc...)
Dimensions on request. A viable alternative to traditional materials are the SILICA mats. These cloths contain of amorphous silica and are hygienically safe when used at the recommended temperatures.

THERMOCOUPLES
Thermocouples type “K” are used in preheating and heat treatments to measure the temperature of the piece. The most used thermocouples are those insulated with mineral oxide in inox sheath, strong and suitable to be used in yard and the wire thermocouples, more precise in the temperature reading but more subject to breaking. For special applications magnetic, shuffling and spring thermocouples are also used. Insulated thermocouples can be supplied with calibration certificate..
           
                                     
All thermocouples are in Cr/Al and have quick connection polarized connectors.

PROGRAMMING AND CONTROL UNIT WITH PC AND GSM MODEM
The innovative and computerized operating system allows an intuitive programming, temperature control, visualization, the recording on file of all the heat cycles’ parameters and the remote control.
   
       
All allarm conditions are sent to the operator GSM mobile phone, who can intervene on the machine by phone. Through your office PC, it is possible to visualize the work carried out in yard, wherever it is located, by modem and, in this way, to draw up the certification directly from the office. A.E.C. TECHNOLOGY offers a teleassistance service for the “digit” series equipment. The “digit” series equipment can also be supplied with a traditional programmer and a temperature recorder.
