	CALIBRATION LABORATORY

	The growing customers'demand for certified instruments and sensors, meeting ISO 9001 provisions for the "QUALITY GUARANTEE", has prompetd us to provide an internal laboratory which allows us to grant the accuracy of instruments and sensors we supply.Our laboratory is air-conditioned at constant temperature and humidity and is equipped with advanced instrumentation for the calibration and cerification of thermocouple temperature sensors, temperature display and regulation devices, temperature regulators and data loggers.



	All reference samples have been certified by "SIT" (Italian Calibration Company) and refer to the primary national reference samples of "G. COLONNETTI" Institute in Turin. The data acquisition system for the calibration of the thermocouple temperature sensors is fully computerized and guarantees the accuracy and repeatability of the measurements carried out. This calibration service is offered to our customers at a highly competitive price, much lower than the market price.

	HELIOS 700: PORTABLE CALIBRATOR FOR THERMOCOUPLES, TEMPERATURE RECORDERS AND INDICATORS
	Portable equipment for the certification and control of thermocouples j-k with the comparison method, the calibration of temperature recorders and indicators. The equipment consists in a single metallic container containing the equalizing block, the microprocessor temperature regulator, an mV generator and a data logger with printer for printing the data obtained. The equilizing block can have different holes diam. according to requirements, to contain sensors of different diameters.

				Temperature range room temperature ÷700°C. Stability: 0,1°C Resolution: 0,1°C ± 1 digit scanner-data logger: 0,1°C ± 1 digit mV generator: 0 48.828 mV generator (0°C÷1200°C). The equipment automatically compares the signal generated by the reference thermocouple with the thermocouple to be certified, showing the difference in the temperature in a sequential print and issuing a document containing the calibration certificate.)
